You’ll explore the basics of posture, breath, and mindful attention, with optional guided movement and a short informational talk to bring everything together.

Building on your practice and maybe what you have taken from the introductory course we expand our engagement with awareness.
Now we will build to longer sitting sessions whilst inviting group dialogue, inviting questions and discussion on how our practice is going and introducing a compassion practice.
Whether you are a complete begineer or someone that has meditated before, there is something here for you.
Eight weeks of mindful practice. A weekly 2 hour interactive group session where you will get to experience calming, realxing processes such as the body scan, mindfulness of breathing and mindful movement using simple
and practical Yoga sequences.
You will also get the opportunity to engage in some reflection about where your practice is and listen to experiences of others during group dialogue.
