Create calm and expand your practice with this engaging 4 week experience.
Welcome to the your practice.
In these sessions held in person over 4 week you will begin to learn how awareness and presence can positively impact your life. Using short, easy to follow practices we dive into breathwork, mindful movement and constructive group dialogue.
Week 1 – Introduction to Mindfulness
We begin with the basics: what mindfulness is, and how simple breath awareness can anchor us in the present moment. This session introduces guided breathing and short practices to bring calm and clarity into daily life.Week 2 – Awareness of the Body
This week explores the body as a gateway to mindfulness. Through body scan practices and mindful movement, participants learn to connect with physical sensations, release tension, and cultivate presence.Week 3 – Thoughts and Emotions
Mindfulness of mind. We practice observing thoughts and emotions without judgment, learning how to recognize them without being carried away. This helps develop resilience and self-compassion in the face of challenges.Week 4 – Everyday Mindfulness & Next Steps
We bring mindfulness into daily activities — eating, walking, listening — to show how simple practices can enrich everyday life. The course closes with reflections, sharing, and guidance on sustaining practice beyond the course.
